Confirmations of hotels are subject to availability.
Slight alterations in the accommodation may become unavoidable due to unavailability of rooms in mentioned hotels, but the accommodation so provided will be of the same class.
Check in time 1200 Hrs and Check out time 1200 Hrs for all Hotels.

Normal running time of vehicle is 6am to 6pm, subject to weather conditions.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Given quote is valid for minimum paying persons only as mentioned in the itinerary.

2. Vehicles would be Non A.C in the hills as it is difficult to climb uphill roads.

3. For delay in train/flight/bus timings Rs, 200/- extra would be applicable Per Hour

4. Confirmations of hotels are subject to availability. Extra Bed @ hotel will be (Bed Roll / Mattress)

5. Slight alterations in the accommodation may become unavoidable due to unavailability of rooms in mentioned hotels,but the accommodation so provided will be of the same class.

6. Check in time 1200 Hrs and Check out time 1200 Hrs for all Hotels

7. The above rates are applicable for 05 Km Hotels within the City.

8. No refund will be for unused services.

9. This quote is valid for 7 days only & for Indian Nationals.

10. Normal running time of vehicle is 7am to 6pm, subject to weather conditions.

11. Vehicles are provided on Point-To-Point basis & may change accordingly.

12. EP - only room, CP - room + breakfast, MAP - room + breakfast + lunch/dinner, AP - room + all meals(full board)

SPECIAL NOTE:

1. Indian national travelling to Bhutan required valid Passport or Orginal Voter ID and original birth certificate for children below 18 years. Certificate issued by Govt. of. India

2. Carrying of Tobacco product is punishable offense to Bhutan.

3. All tourists visiting Dzongs and temples must be dressed appropriately. No half pant, sleeve less shirts,floaters, etc are allowed

4. Indian Rupee bank notes of denomination 500 and above is not accepted in Bhutan. In the case of tourists visiting Bhutan the bank notes shall be retained on entry to be returned upon exit.

5. With the difficulties being faced at the Airport, I would like to convey following message for your information and immediate action:

6. Henceforth only following documents in original will be accepted at the check in counter.

7. Passport / Voters ID and original birth certificate for children below 18 years. Certificate issued by Govt. of. India

8. The Bhutan immigration has specified that they will ACCEPT the above documents in ORIGINAL ONLY.

9. Therefore, all of you are requested to kindly inform passengers to carry the above documents or the concerned agents will be held responsible for passengers offloaded due to insufficient document.

10. Any Holidays Occur immediate given by Bhutan Govt is not Bearable by us.

Special Permit for places other than Phuentsholing, Thimphu and Paro:
Special Permit is required to visit places beyond Thimphu and Paro from, the Department of Immigrations, Thimphu. No charges will be applicable for this permit. Please bring 02 passport size photographs and Voter ID card or Passport of each person including child. This special permit is given only after guest has entered Bhutan. Permits are not issued on Saturday, Sunday & Bhutan Govt. holidays.

BOOKING POLICY :

1. 1st - 25% payment as advance for any Package/Travel confirmation to initiate booking

2. 2nd - 50% payment min 30 days prior to travel date

3. 3rd - Rest 25% payment 7 days before arrival date (full 100%)

Cancellation Policy
