Terms and Conditions

Children above 10+ years will be charged 100% as per Adult Rate (EPSR)
Children of 5+ to 10 sharing parent’s room will be charged as per CWB or CNB
Children below 5 years Complimentary.

(Hotels are quite strict with the child policy. Hence please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked for)

Check in & Check out time of hotels mentioned is 12:00 hours.
Please note that our Executive will hold placard as advices by you, just outside the only exit gate of Bagdogra Airport.
In case the passengers are arriving at NJP Railways station which has 02 entry & exit gate, please inform them that they will be meeting our Office Executive at the old exit gate (which happens to the main gate also) holding placard in their name / or as advised by you.
The vehicle used will be exclusive for that group but will not be at disposal. It will be as per contract & will change sector wise.
The area (Hill) is comparatively backward but rich in nature and the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the plains and other developed destination. Please inform your Client about this.
As the area is backward it is quit obvious that the constructions of the hotels are unplanned. This further means that almost all the good hotels are in the city centers. These hotels may have the view of the building in the front, beside or behind them. As the services are very poor in the area, we have made our hotel selection on the basis of SERVICES provided.
We do not have star category hotels in our area. So we have termed ‘The Area Hotel’ as LUXURY, which is closed to a Four Star Hotels, ‘The Area’s Second Best Hotel’ as DELUXE, which is closed to a Three Star Hotels and ‘The Area’s Hotel’ as STANDARD, which is closed to a Two Star Hotels.
Also it is to be noted that there is a vehicle - parking problem in the whole area. Most of the areas are restricted to entry of vehicle & specific time is allotted for entries. Guests are requested to follow the time strictly as given to them. In case of delays the vehicle will have to leave the hotel area without the guest & parked in a parking area. In such case the guest will have to arrange / bear transit in a Maruti Van (Local Taxi) FOR WHICH THE COST WILL HAVE TO BE BORNE BY THE GUEST & WILL BE COLLECTED DIRECTLY.
In the area (almost all) the hotels do not have a lift facility & in all the hotels the guest will have to climb stairs. In case of guest having problem with blood pressure, knee & heart or if they cannot climb the higher floors, will have to intimate to us during the time of booking so that we can block, rooms at the lowest floor of the hotel enabling the guest to climbing the minimum number of stairs possible. This information is also important so that we plan their visit to the high altitude area accordingly.
In a hilly area scarcity of water is a huge problem. Everybody buys water for their day – to - day living. Guests are requested to cope up with such problem faced during the tour. To over come this problem certain hotels have fixed time of supplying hot & cold water.
It is to be noted that incase, the guest is arriving by train in the late evening / night & are departing early morning, it is mandatory for them to spend a night in SILIGURI. In such situation of late arrival & early departure, if the client does not having a booking, then the client will have to wait at the Waiting Room at the station. Our Executive will be meeting the guest at 0600 hrs. This has been planed keeping the security in mind.
Sikkim & Darjeeling is a hilly area & change is weather is a regular happening. It is advisable that light layer clothing should be carried always. In winters it is advisable to carry heavy woolen.
Landslide is a common happening in hilly area. Expenses incurred for diversion, due to this or any other reasons will be collected directly as per actual

GANGTOK

Gangtok three point sightseeing will of 03 hrs covering Tashi View point, Ganesh Tok & Hanuman Tok.
Gangtok Half day sight seeing will be of 04 Hrs covering Rumtek Monastery, Droul Chorthen, Research Institute of Tibetology, Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom, Flower Show & Nam Nam View Point.

GANGTOK

Tshangu Lake & Baba Mandir excursion will be of 6 Hrs from 0800 to 1400 hrs.
Nathula operation is subject to road condition and availability of permits as only limited permits are issued 48 hour prior to the schedule tour. Nathula service cannot be availed on Monday & Tuesday.Nathula is NOT ADVISABLE to guest having problem with blood pressure, knee & heart.
Supplement for Nathula will be (INR 3200 per vehicle) by Tata Sumo & Maxx. For Nathula only 08 Pax are allowed per vehicle.
Since Nathula is a restrict area any time army can seal for security reasons. In such case tour will only be till Tshangu Lake and no refund will be allowed for unutilized services.
Kindly forward the following for Tshangu Lake / Baba Mandir / Nathula, Permit 10 - 15 days prior to the Journey. Name, Date of Birth and Gender.

LACHUNG :

Lachung operates on package only. All the Tours starts from Gangtok and ends at Gangtok and is on Full Board (Includes all Meals).
In case one uses Single Room Supplementary charges it will not be applicable on Lachung.
Please note that this areas are cold through out the year, kindly advice your client to be equipped with proper woolen / warm clothes.
ONCE THE PACKAGE IS BOOKED & CONFIRMED NO REFUND WILL BE ALLOWED

Please note that North Sikkim is blessed with Natural Beauty. The accommodation provided at Lachung will be best in the area but has very basis facilities like : -

The Bathrooms are not having any showers & Geysers, so warm water will be provided in buckets, by the Hotelier.
The food prepared will be fresh, by the local trained Sherpas & not by Hotel chef.
There are no telephone lines & please advice the guest that many of times there is a problem of power failure.
The rooms are not having any Heaters due to electricity problem, so the hotelier provide Hot water pad in the bed.
The best season for traveling to North Sikkim is Mid February to Mid June & Mid September to Mid December.
Please note that Excursion to Gorudongmar, Yumseodung & Katau is kept OPTIONAL & is subjected to availability of permit which is available on the spot. These are three different points & is NOT ADVISABLE to guest having problem with blood pressure, knee & heart.
Gorudongma is al Lachen area. In the case the permit is available one has to pay directly to the driver at the spot an amount of RS.3500 to 4000 per Jeep which varies from case to case.
Yumseodung & Katau is two different spot located al Lachung areas. In the case the permit is available one has to pay directly to the driver at the spot an amount of RS.2000 to 2500 per spot per Jeep which varies from case to case.

Pemayangtse half day sight seeing will be of 04 Hrs 0800 to 1300 HRS covering Darap village, Rimbi water fall & Khecheopari Lake.
Pemayangtse half day sight seeing will be of 04 Hrs 0800 to 1200 HRS covering, covering Pemayangtse Monastery, Changey water fall, Singsore Bridge & Dentan Village including Alpine Cheese Factory
Pemayangtse sight seeing will be of 08 Hrs 0900 to 1700 HRS covering Darap Village, Rimbi water fall, Khecheopari Lake, Kanchendzonga Water falls, Yuksom.

THE FOLLOWING POINTS ARE TO BE NOTED ABOUT THE ABOVE-MENTIONED ITINERARY

PEMAYANGTSE :

Pemayangtse full day sight seeing will be of 08 Hrs 0800 to 1600 HRS covering Rimbi Waterfalls, Rimbi Hydel Project, Khecheopari Lake & Kanchendzonga Falls. Back to Hotel for Lunch. After lunch you cover Pemayangtse Monastery, Changey Falls, Singsore Bridge & Dentam Village (includes Alpine Cheese Factory)
Pemayangtse walking tour covers the two famous landmarks- Rabdantse & Sangachoeling will be of 04 hrs (Walking Tour)

YUKSOM :

Yuksom sightseeing are all walking tour.
Dhubdi Monastery (built in 1700 AD, the oldest monastery of Sikkim) is a walking tour of 45 minutes one way.
Tashi Namgyal (the stone throne for the first king) is a walking tour of 05 minutes one way from the hotel.

KALIMPONG :

Kalimpong sight seeing will be of 02 Hrs 0900 to 1100 HRS or 1500 to 1700 HRS covering Dello hills, Dr. Graham’s Home and Flower Nurseries.
Kalimpong sight seeing will be of 04 Hrs 0900 to 1300 HRS or 1400 to 1800 HRS covering Dello hills, Dr. Graham’s Home, Flower Nurseries, Nature Interpretation Center and Durbin Dara Hills & Jang-Dong-Palriffo Brang.
Kalimpong Lava excursion will be of 06 Hrs 0800 to 1500 HRS.
Kalimpong Lava & Lole Gaon excursion will be of 07 Hrs 0800 to 1800 HRS.
DARJEELING :
- With Darjeeling itinerary we can have a joy Train ride accommodated (Subjected to operational Condition) for INR 300 per person for the Railway Ticket + INR 600 for the vehicle for Hotel – Railway Station – Hotel transfer) TIME: From 1000 to 1200 Hrs or 1250 to 1450 Hrs.
- Darjeeling early morning sightseeing will be of 03 Hrs from 0400 to 0700 hrs covering Tiger Hills, Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop.
- Darjeeling half day sight seeing will be of 04 Hrs from 0900 to 1300 hrs or 1400 to 1800 hrs covering Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Center & Tea Estate.
- Darjeeling half day sight seeing will be of 04 Hrs from 0900 to 1300 hrs or 1400 to 1800 hrs covering Natural History Museum, Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda, Lal Kothi, Ava Art Gallery & Dhirdham Temple.
- Darjeeling Rock Garden sightseeing will be of 04 Hrs from 0900 to 1300 hrs or 1400 to 1800 hrs covering Rock Garden & Ganga Maya Lake.
- Mirik excursion along with visit to Pashupati Nagar (Indo – Nepal Border) will be a full day activity from 0900 Hrs to 1500 Hrs.
